Personality: Yumi is a very diligent and focused zorua, always punctual and organised, and is the one keeping her partner in check at all times. She is also incredibly anti-social, preferring to stay far away from crowds and work alone, but is willing to work with her partner, Kenzie, the only person she trusts with any personal information, even if she does slap him across the head several times from annoyance or whenever he's being sidetracked, since the zorua hates being driven off course. She is very street smart, so doesnt understand much about social exchange, nor love for that matter, and everything she knows is all based from observation from afar rather than experience. Yumi is known to be somewhat self conscious, and finds that her image is the most important thing to her, and is an amazing lier.
Despite her cold exterior, she does have a soft spot for children and cute things in general, and loves a good challenge, while also being very loyal to guild members. She is always on her toes and on guard, yet she tries her best to keep a level head in every situation, and will take charge if she needs to.

she does have an alternate persona which she uses during work alongside her pichu image, which might as well be her exact opposite. In this moment she is a very cheerful pokemon, with a joyful and naive atmosphere. She even becomes chatty and energetic, but her social awkwardness does shine through if talking to too many people or for too often. These traits did rub off ever so slightly onto her true cold image, since she used this persona for so long. Kenzie would explain that this persona of her's was really how the zorua was when she was a child, and was erased when she grew up due to strict parents and a strict society.

Extra: - she used to eat meat before becoming part of the guild, and she still craves for it
- when not battling or sleeping, she takes the form of a pichu to disguise herself, so far only Kenzie knows that she actually is a zorua
- her father was a ninetails, thus the longer fur 
- she loves reading in her spare time
- she wears the scarf like a normal scarf when in pichu form

Personality: Kenzie can be described to be Yumi's opposite, being a social butterfly and enjoying conversation. He is talented at speaking, and is always the one doing the talking during work, since Yumi always complains about the customers she interacts with. The ralts always has his head up in the clouds, and lacks focus, but comes up with very creative ideas as a result, which he shows through sketches and drawings. He is a bit of a pacifist, but isnt afraid to fight if he has to, but would prefer to use his hypnosis attack just to make them fall asleep, and leave it at that. kenzie is known to be very indecisive, leaving quick reactions to the zorua.
He is also known to be a pretty big closet pervert, in which the zorua, yet again, has to keep him in check. Since he grew up looking up to his older sisters and always felt like he fit in with them, he does act very feminine and even dresses in a very feminine fashion, though he cant decide wether he wants to be referred to as a girl, or as a guy. Like the zorua, he is extremely observant, and is helped by the fact that he is a ralts, being the feeling pokemon, he can read the atmosphere very well, and can obtain a lot of information by just a glance

Extra: - he brings a sketch book wherever he goes for inspiration, although he does have a few sketchbooks filled with pictures that he doesnt want seen
- he would prefer it if you refer to him as "he" as of now, though if he's having a bad day he wouldnt care which one you used
- he can sing very well

- he may or may not have a slight crush on Yumi, but pushes it aside
